Website delivery and hosting

This website is prepared for hosting on Railway. When you visit, technical connection data such as your IP address, access time, requested address and browser information is transmitted to the hosting provider. The provider may process technical logs to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose errors.

Processing needed to deliver the website securely is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. See the Railway privacy policy for information about the provider. Images and fonts are served through this website.

Necessary browser storage

Your basket is saved in your browser’s local storage under wo-cart-v1, with a backup in sessionStorage for the current browser session. It contains the selected product variants, quantities and the time of the last change. If localStorage is unavailable, the selection is kept only for the browser session. If neither storage option is available, it is kept only on the currently open page. This selection is not sent to a server as an order.

Your cookie preferences are saved under wo-cookie-consent-v1 in localStorage for up to 180 days so that your decision can be respected on later visits. If this storage is unavailable, sessionStorage is used for the current browser session. If neither storage option is available, optional services remain disabled.

This necessary storage supports the features you choose to use. You can empty your basket and delete saved website data in your browser at any time. Deleting website data also resets your saved cookie preferences.

Optional analytics and advertising

Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads are disabled by default in this version. Each service loads only if it has been configured for the website and you have explicitly agreed to the relevant category. You can reject optional processing and continue using the catalogue.

Analytics may record page views and how the website is used. Advertising may measure campaigns and, with the appropriate consent, support personalised advertising. Information about your device, page views, cookie identifiers and IP address may be transmitted to Google. Processing outside the EU may occur.

Your choices are applied to analytics storage (analytics_storage), advertising storage (ad_storage), use of data for advertising (ad_user_data) and personalised advertising (ad_personalization). The corresponding settings remain denied without your consent. Optional processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Changing your choices

Use “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to change your choices or withdraw consent for future processing. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. You can also remove previously stored website data through your browser settings.

Contacting us

If you email us, we process your email address and the information you provide to answer your enquiry. The catalogue has no built-in contact form and does not save a message on the web server.

General enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Contract-related enquiries are covered by Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Information is retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry or meet legal retention requirements.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for future processing.

Contact [email protected] to exercise your rights. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Read more from the European Data Protection Board.
